To get all projects in the svn as projects into the Eclipse workspace you could use the team project sets.
These require that you have the Subclipse plugin installed before importing them.
1. Download the set:
AllTeamProjectSet.psf All projects.
WOProjectWOLipsTeamProjectSet.psf WOProject and WOLips projects only.
WOProjectTeamProjectSet.psf WOProject only.
WOLipsTeamProjectSet.psf WOLips projects only.
MavenPluginsTeamProjectSet.psf Maven plugin projects only.
2. Import the set into Eclipse:
