An example database comes with WebObjects 5.3 or earlier. It is implemented in OpenBase and a single-host license is included. With WebObjects 5.4, the examples are running under Apache Derby and don't include OpenBase anymore.
Perhaps it would be good to add some instructions on "getting started" with both of these for those of us who are trying to learn WebObjects? Or, if there is something of this nature (which I've not found yet), a link to that page?
